Wishing You a Wonderful Fall!

Macview Miniatures is located in western Manitoba, between the picturesque Riding Mountains and the scenic Duck Mountains, approximately 5 hours north of the United States border. Horses have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. My daughter and I raised Welsh cross ponies and Registered Quarter Horses for many years. As the children grew up and left home, we gradually sold all of our big horses. I missed having a horse around the farm, so in 1991, we purchased our first miniature horse, a pretty little bay mare called "Arc Lady Jay". As everyone knows, you can't just have one mini, so our little herd grew to approximately 50 AMHA and AMHR horses. In 2008, we moved to town and our son and his family took over the farm so, with much sadness, we have reduced our numbers drastically. We still have a few Miniature Horses and Donkeys for sale each year. Our goal is to raise healthy, colorful little horses with correct conformation and lovable dispositions for anyone to enjoy, whether it be a champion show horse or just a little one to love. At Macview Miniatures, we strive to breed high quality horses at reasonable prices. Even if our foals don’t all grow up to be top show horses, each one is special to us. We also raise Miniature Sicilian Donkeys and Fallow Deer. We hope you will take the time to browse through our website.
